can it be something with vertex/weight paint? I didn't do that cause I didn't think it was necessary since all mesh was based on the other one, but maybe it doesn't work on extruded parts?) (i noticed that the parts that were glithing were only faces that I extruded with blender, instead of making it out of mesh I got. Then when i changed shading to simglass it turned into this: It seemed like everything was fine, without transparency it looked like this: I was just really close to finishing my alpha hair based on original hair mesh from the game- i made it by cutting clay hair into stripes and filling empty spaces by with stripes that i duplicated.
